Umm, I hate to be "that guy" but why is your camera person following you so closely and focusing the camera on you all the time? We barely got a glimpse of the living room. You're very pretty but I thought we were here to see the house. Pan the camera around the rooms and give us more angles, please.

Pool is too small, too far to the beach and downtown.

I have been wondering how does the lease of the land work. From what I have previously read they are normally for 30 years? But say after 15 years you sell the property, does this mean it is sold with only a 15 year lease remaining on the land and if so, does this negatively affect the resale price. If you can renew the lease after 30 years what is the cost

If Neeva comes with the house then count me in 😍 🤣 seriously though, my only gripe is the bathrooms...how can a house that big only have wetrooms? I hate them, I'd happily sacrifice one of the bedrooms if it meant having a proper shower cubicle.
