How To Make Carrot Cake //گاجر ک کیک.//गाजर का केक।
**Ingredients**
- 320g soft dark brown sugar
- 300ml vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 100g plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 400g plain flour
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 350g grated carrots
- 100g walnuts, chopped
**For the cream cheese frosting:**
- 300g unsalted butter, softened
- 300g icing sugar, sieved
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 600g full-fat cream cheese

I used to just roll puff pastry, cut it into two pieces, then bake them. Put something over them to make the puff pastry flat i usestrawberryjamon the pastry.i hope that helped 🥰🥰

Hi the Recipe is 5 to 6 potatoes one Red onion 2 samll green chilli some green Coriander for the spice. 1tps red chilli . 1tbs salt. 2tbs dry Coriander and zeera mix .1tbs peri peri lemon herb ...u can add any masala According to your tes 2 cups of Gram flour Add water little by little 🥰🥰
