That tank is a split tank with the back 1/3rd being a kerosene tank for our bunk heaters. We found long ago the bunk heaters run better on kerosene than diesel in cold conditions.

Just be honest with the people. I've been in the business for 46 years. I have pretty much seen all the games company's play. Arrow trucking had the same thing years ago, and it didn't work then. Get cross ways with dispatch you are toast. You will sit or all the loads are gone till tomorrow or you get hung up at cold storage or no empty trailer to drop and hook. Just be honest with people. All these guys want to is make a good living. Just another cheap ass sorry trucking company.

@@37903eral no that ad is actually a call. We have found that these call videos are very good. They have worked well on tiktok so we are trying them here. To be honest I have been doing this for 22 years and I get it, neither of us has time for BS. Bottom line is both you and I go to work for the same thing, we are trading our time for what we consider a fair price. We are saying if you are out Monday noon to Monday noon we will guarantee you $1750. Secondly we are not looking for reasons to not pay a guarantee because then suddenly you take a retention tool and turn it into something that causes terminal. That makes no sense, it costs a lot of money to hire a driver. Your literally saving a couple hundred dollars to spends thousands.
