Don't use Napalm! I had no enlighten proc there! Anyways, A vista kill should be possible with OC1 for sure, it's just a matter of attempts. I'd imagine higher OCs would make it so much easier. But at that point you'd probably want to play for pre-vista.

You don't want to snipe at the end if possible, finish with hover. Probably around mid 18s This rotation can be much better, I just got too stubborn to fix anything.
