Might you be able to share the color wheel you reference in this video for us to print and use with our own classes?
Thanks so much
This video was so helpful, thank you so much! Love, a fellow CC tutor.
Actually, the use of linear perspective in Japanese prints dates from the 1730s, not the mid-1800s. Because Hiroshige was much more prolific, he's often cited as an innovator on the subject. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uki-e
thanks for sharing!! greetings from CC Mexico City!
Thanks so much for this wonderful idea! I will be leading our CC group in the project soon. :) I ran through it once to be familiar with everything, and I had some issues with the tempera paint not coming off during the last step. Do you have any suggestions? Did you wet the paper towel first? I let the paint dry for about 45 min. Maybe it dried too much? Thanks for the help!
Thanks for the tutorial! Definitely going to use these techniques for our CC
P No You’re
We are looking to use your great ideas but can’t access your website. When will it be back up?
Hi, I am getting a PHP error trying to load the website.
Hello, where did you find the print out for the jaguar. Any chance you can share the link? Thank you!

Thank you for sharing this! Your website address is missing the "e" in insidethElineslessons if you want to update that. Thanks again for all the helpful CC painting instruction!
What book are you using for samples?
It's "Picasso" by Robin Langley Sommer. I pre-marked the pages I want to show my class, since many of his works aren't great options for discussing in class. Its just a book I happened to have at home. There is probably a good book on Picasso for children out there, but I haven't looked so I don't have any recommendations .
Terrible
Thank you!
Do you have a lesson on Rockwell for Cycle 3 Week 16?
There is no video for week 16, but a simple lesson plan can be found on my blog insidethelineslessons.com. You'll find this Rockwell under Cycle 3 Great Artists.
Thanks!!! Greetings from México
How do I finish it
Thank you! I am using this for my remote learners.
Thank you! You make art easier for those of us who aren't experienced.
Thanks!!! I'm doing this with my 6 yr old class - it'll be perfect
Thank you! This will be a fun lesson!
Only our third week of using your videos and I'm in love! You've made it so easy for a new tutor. Thank you so much!!! This lesson is so far my favorite because the drawing really is comforting to my Type A personality :)
Thank you for the detail art! I am a C.C mom , because of pandemic this year I am teaching my kid at home. This video helps me to taught her. Appreciate your time.
Thank you so much for this!! Working on CC Week #5 today.
what in the name of jesus is this
Great thanks
Thank you for sharing! Such a GREAT idea!!!
Where can we find the templates for this project?
Check out her website insidethelineslessons.com
Love your videos they really help me plan Fine Arts for our community! One question I do have is if I use the compound with acrylic paint will it still work?
Great question! Yes, that will work because it is also a water-based paint.
@@insidethelineslessons8038 thank you so much! Happy New Year
We love your art lessons. I use them every week with my class at our CC Community and we use them at home during the week. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos and sharing. Quick question do you just use template to put in envelope and class will follow along with me little by little?
Thank you from Russia.
Oh yeah yeah
Where did you get your drawing.
I found it at www.insidethelineslessons.com/2018/12/05/cycle-1-week-15-angelico/
If u use blackboard chalk it is more vivid love ur vid, BTW😁
What is that string you are using?
They are wikki stix. If you go to insidethelineslessons.com you will find the supply list.
They're called WikkiStix (www.amazon.com/WikkiStix-WIK804-Craft-Assorted-Package/dp/B0011E2S7C/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1547591699&sr=8-4&keywords=wiki+sticks)
where can i find examples of his work. I didn't see it on the blog
I don't include examples of the artist's work on my blog. Often times the artist's most well-known work is owned by museums and not available for public use without permission. The best way is to get a book from your local library on the artist which includes high quality images. You could also bring print images you find online, or bring in a laptop to show images to your class.
Hi! I love your videos for CC fine arts. Would you be able to link what chalk you purchases from Amazon? Thank you!
Yes, I'm starting to include links to supplies on my blog. If you go to insidethelineslessons.com, you'll find the link to the chalk in the post on Giotto.
These videos are great! Thank you!! When you talk about “in the lesson plan” where are those? Are those on C3? If so can you share your username. Thank you!!
Thanks, Michelle! All the information is on my blog, insidethelineslessons.com. The blog includes the videos and lesson plans.
Love your videos!
Will you be making cycle 1 demos?
Yes, I hope to start by mid-July, if not a little bit sooner. The lessons will focus on art from ancient cultures.
Beautiful job! Thank you very much, so helpful.
Beautiful! Love your explanation and direction! I'll definitely use that for my class this week! God bless.
Thank you for your tutorials. This has been so helpful to me in my first year as a tutor.
So glad! I just finished the post on the blog that correlates with this video. If you already looked for it and couldn't find it, it should be there now.
excellent, thank you so much!!

Isn't that bottom detail on the left, the original half, the clapper?
No, the rounded shapes are just metal pieces that are spaced around the bottom of the bell. The clapper is actually not in the drawing.
Inside the Lines Lessons Thanks for your work! My students enjoyed the liberty bell!
