The primary goal of the WFED/OD&C Professional Development Network (WFED/OD&C - PDN) is to build stronger relationships with past, present, and future students and provide opportunities for scholarly practitioners to showcase their work to the Workforce Education, Talent Development, and Organization Development and Change communities.
WFED/OD&C - PDN website provides a location for program students, faculty, staff, and alumni to facilitate and conduct ongoing networking and professional development activities. In addition to our monthly webinar series, we encourage peer coaching and mentoring, collaborative internship and research opportunities, personalized career exploration and consultation, and internal and external networking.

I'd like to correct something in my statement. I stated that the failure rate in top-down is 25%, which is not correct. The correct statement is: Top-down visionary leadership of change processes is responsible for 75% of organizational change failures (Bushe & Nagaishi, 2018).
