@@seunlafe9825 You would actually just create your template form in Gravity Forms and then duplicate the form for each other page you want a form on. This way you can change titles, field titles, options, etc for each specific form. Gravity Forms makes it really easy, there is a duplicate button.

Hey there, So long as you are not using instant feedback on individual quiz questions, the quiz score and grade can be shown on the confirmation page or in the notification email. If you ask for the email address in the form as a required field, that will need to be provided before they see the results. If you put the quiz results in the notification email, that should do the trick. @@GravityWP I figured out a work around for the time being. I did the custom smtp, entered in Gmail info. Then in Gmail manage account, went to the App Password and generated one and used that for the authentication password in gravity smtp

You can actually create a donation page in seconds now with the built in template library. From your WordPress dashboard, go to Forms > New Form and select the donation form template.

@@GravityWP I tried! I contacted your team for help and they told me to seek help from WP directly because I bought the plugin from their store. I could not get anyone to help me at all. I have all the emails between your company and the WP customer service. I had to ask for a refund and deleting the plugin. Bad experience.

We have no built-in features for generating PDFs, but it is possible to use Gravity PDF to generate the PDF file after submission and then make that PDF available as an attachment in an email. This is discussed on the Feed Settings Reference page and has a lot to do if you're configuring Double Opt-in or the Opt-in for Marketing Permission: docs.gravityforms.com/mailchimp-feed-setting-reference/ If the user has already subscribed, the Marketing Permission answers how their updated submission is handled. If they’re on Double Opt-In, the secondary notice will confirm their Opt-In to lists and if they were already in, it would perform the same step. The big one is: if they have opted OUT of the list, you cannot re-add them through a subscribe form. It’s one of those permission things. Hope this helps!

Hey there, The Signature Add-On is available with our Elite and Nonprofit Licenses - you would need one of those licenses to access it. We don't sell the add-on separately, so you would need to upgrade to an Elite license or apply for a Nonprofit license.
