Very well done. However, it needs space for a Frezzer, and a Washer Dryer. Although folks could use a portable washer the space is tight. A full size RV refrigerator would have been nice. The prior review said it was just a rental. I doubt thst folks would just want this for a rental. With the cost of everything going up adding 8 more feet wouldn't hurt just to have a Frezzer and washer dryer added with some work space. Other than that it is pretty awesome. ❤

Beautiful aesthetics and no room for anything else. Upstairs bedroom needed storage with all that space.

I live in a 8x16. I don’t see storage for clothes here. Not sure the size

It is beautiful AND - it looks like you need go climb over the bed in order to get in the bathroom. Which would be awkward for having guests. And why is the big sliding window in the bedroom? - it would make more sense in the living room - where you could expand into outdoor dining. For the bed being in the way - a pully system raising the bed above the floor would be a good solution for creating more living space. Maybe an office or studio.

These tiny homes all look the same anymore. This one doesn’t have anything really no cooktop, no fridge nothing… I don’t know what they’re asking but you can bet it’s too much. I don’t want a loft I want all on the same level. Most lofts are either difficult to climb up which I notice this one does have a safe staircase but I don’t see where it offers anything else.

Where in the world is the REFRIGERATOR? Saw this on Google & then came here to find where the REFRIGERATOR is & still haven't found it. Even as a rental, u need a refrig, so are u putting a box refrig in tht space under the table? It's a great tiny house just need a refrig. I would change only 2 things: #1-Make the steps not so deep; & u may hv more steps then but as is now, it will be quite a stepping stride. #2-Redo the seating area. Leave space for a loveseat that has 2 recliners or 1 recliner by itself & put a fold-down (or fold-out twin bed) on the wall in the corner. That way u can put a 'pull down endtable' coming from underneath the pull down bed AND use 'PDwn endtable' as the 'middle support' for the pull down bed & have end/foot of bed support tucked up inside under the mattress & pull it out/ slide it out when needed to accommodate the complete weight of a person. If it's just a small child, u made only need the middle 'end table support', depending on their weight. I can picture it, just hard to explain. Hope u can see what I see. Then you'd hv more room for a built-in TV stand w/small bkcase in 1-2 sides or even build bkcase up over the TV. U have room for thin rocker or a place for cloth covered storage bench or stool. Then..MORE STORAGE! There's much wasted wall space in kitchen area. Women need that for essentials. HUGE TIP: Not everyone is 6ft tall. Men...please stop putting the cabinets so far up on walls that a 5'3" or less person can't even reach the 1st level. I am 5"1' & have that problem in every spt I live in. When I had my house built yrs ago, I had them lowered a few inches. I guess that's 3 suggestions. But still like the house, especially the black sliding door. All inside doors should slide into the walls... even in large homes, especially in bathrooms to save on space. Wishing u much success & a Happy New Year 2023 next week!!!
