​@@bigjoe5659yeah I ordered a clutch kit from RNG not sure what the spring is but the weights are 14 gram, it's definitely a lot better and I can go slow now for when we are pulling our tank sprayer spraying the fence line.

I’m 5 10 bout 260. My buddy is like 6 2 an He had plenty of room an my shock setup right now is one from softest I haven’t played around to much with the shocks yet

​@@bigjoe5659 I'm 6"1 and I'm comfortable in my 600 UFORCE but I took those shoulder bars off. No issues with mine but I only have about 135 miles on it.

Tires and rims would make a huge difference. I’m debating on getting what you have I’m just concerned either heat in the cab.

Yes. And these clutches life span is 5K miles if nothing fails in 5K miles you have a winner for sure. I have personally never seen a helix, spring or even a secondary it’s self fail not once. I just pulled apart a stock machine with 7K miles on it the other day the helix was rubbed pretty deep but nothing failed. They were on their 3rd belt. Even the sliders were still factory. We did a whole rebuild on the clutch and the clutches them selfs were still usable and in great shape. We did change out the helix for ours and stuck a brand new OEM spring back in the secondary clutch with brand new OEM weight block set, cam slider set and driven pulley block set. The customer said he has been super happy with the machine it was a 2020 UForce 1000

@@bigjoe5659They lack smoothness on the 1000XL in low gear as well. I’ve been on the fence about a clutch kit. May have to pick one up.

@@ariesnc6320 just get the 200/900 spring from epi and that will take the jerking out of the equation. You can dial it in with weights.

@@bigjoe5659 How u liking it? I noticed a good amount of difference with just his primary kit. Hoping to try the helix and maybe secondary spring if he thinks I need it soneday. I do mostly trail riding here in Wisconsin with my wife. We got the 800xc atv so we do alot of riding double on it and loading it down for camping trips. But we still travel at a good clip when we can. Alot of sand, rock and, hilly trails. I try not to mud it if possible. We got 27" tires on her and she pulls good no matter what we throw at it. Its alot smoother on take off and that makes the wife happy when she riding it by herself. Glad I got his primary kit.

@@bigjoe5659 I got my tune from msc. We have cold weather up here in Wisconsin by Lake Superior so can't really tell any exhaust temp difference. My engine temp still runs at 3 to 4 bars the same as it did before the tune and also my rev limits are the same as they were before. I am hoping this spring and summer I can tell if there is a difference with exhaust Temps. Granted we have a lot of snow but I am riding on groomed snowmobile trails but we do get a lot of Tire spin so really can't tell if there's any kind of performance improvements either. I don't want to say that there ain't any improvements it's just hard to tell this time of year it starts just the same as it did in cold weather so can't tell the difference there either. I got a uni filter The Whiskey Bent tip their tune and their carbon fiber air tube and was hoping to at least stop the stuttering I have on takeoffs at stop signs or intersections but that didn't improve either. Don't want to bad mouth anybody but was hoping for $400 I would notice something.

@@michaellivingston6707 No issues with Ray Parker’s Tune for 139.00. Get a R&G clutch kit and you’ll thank me! I had the MSC clutch kit and hated it. It makes a world of difference. How do you like the whiskey tip is it loud!

I got RNG clutch kit on order. I got the primary kit for now. Me and wife ride double alot on the 800XC and ride alot of various terrains and want to get a smoother clutch engagment with some added performance without loosing alot of speed. I have my sport machines for speed. But she enjoys going but dont like driving so I am on the 2up alot now. Which is fine cause if she likes coming along it makes for a better ride, and a happier time with her coming along for the day.
