Hey just curious, if it's a texture pack, what are you using to make maps on item frames show the non-discovered parts and when you place it on the item frame it sort of expands the item frame's texture a bit, is that a vanilla feature I just never noticed?

Here is some calculus how long was my way to home: I started my journey at coordinates about (-7000;17000), ended the journey officially at (4186;-9420). Using Pythagorean theorem we can easily calculate the distance between starting point and ending point. Before that we need to sum up X and Z coordinates to get two legs. First - 11,186, second - 26,420. After some operations, we get our answer: 28,690 blocks, or 28,7km (or 17,8 miles). Also we need to consider the fact that distance is drawn like a line, not like a curve. If distance was drawn like a curve, the distance would be much bigger.

Here is some calculus how big is discovered part of my world: There are 79 maps, and each map depicts area of 2048*2048 blocks. Each map shows area of approximately 4.2 km^2 (more precisely 4,194,304 blocks^2), so, all 79 maps show area of almost 331.5 km^2 (331,350,016 blocks^2). If we imagine situation where we had all 176 maps to entirely cover this huge rectangle, the area would be 738.2 km^2 (738,197,504 blocks^2).
