    Being a single mom makes me feel so unstable. It makes me feel vulnerable to life events like my kids getting sick or my own health problems. I don't have a healthy mindset with money which I hate the concept of anyway. Slaving away for dollar bills in a system that was created by men for men. The need for solid tenacity when women move im cycles. Lifes hard and I'm struggling to stsy soft in this cruel world. 💔

    Hey I have a problem. I overthink and get anxiety from it. But the problem is once my overthinking thoughts subside my anxiety is still there for like the rest of the day or more Even tho I’m not overthinking or thinking anxious thoughts can you give me advice please. Thank you
