Landing my Lancair 320 (L320 "small tail") using the ""Fly-It-On" technique. Conditions: Gusty Xwind ~16kts-30kts, variable direction ~ 20deg-40deg from runway heading. Speed shown in clip is GPS ground speed in mph. Airspeed (IAS) at "short-final" (~1/4 mile out) was 90 kts (104 mph). "Landing Short" KOXR (Oxnard, CA) R25 with my Lancair L235. "Small Tail". No Vortex Generators. Matco Wheels and Brakes. 1300 ft Turnoff. The L235 sits very close to the surface as compared to the L320. The Garmin Virb camera is mounted underneath the right wing.

"Small Tail" Lancair* 320 Landing. Touchdown at 82 MPH (71 kts) some off-idle engine power maintained during touchdown. Brakes applied at ~40 MPH. Some power increase off idle at ~30 MPH because of engine "stumbling" (likely heat soak/rich mixture). Flight test determined power-off stall onset is ~70 kts ( IAS at 2 kft). Video clip starts with left crosswind entry to lefthand pattern for KVCB Rny 2 landing. Speed shown is GPS speed but is very close to airspeed during entire pattern because winds are very light. Downwind and final is essentially zero delta between airspeed and gps speed.

whats ground roll to clear 50 ft obstacle and whats ur speed on final?
Lance set the standard for many similar aircraft even up to today June 2023.....

what is clean/dirty stall speeds?
that's pretty nice handling characteristic considering how slow you are in the pattern, especially considering no headwind. 86kts on downwind and 73 knots on final. way below my lancair ES pattern speeds.
