Yes, there is absolutely a problem of sexism is schools, boys are treated as noxious problems with little to no positive value... and they disengage as a result, and why shouldn't they? You should try treating them like human beings, that might be an effective strategy, cut the shit with the feminism and engage with them on an authentic basis; feminism doesn't understand boys, and the more you deny their authentic experience, the more resentful they will become. You are making the problem worse.
