If Trump becomes the president, we will have economy just like Russia, where a dictator and he’s crony oligarch will rule everything. It’s frightening that someone like Trump, who is so vicious and cruel will have unlimited power with the current Supreme Court ruling. He can literally have Liz Cheney murdered, and Totally immune. Wake up America. Vote your conscience and vote blue all the way.

The reason why we have inflation is because of Trump’s mismanagement with Covid and dumping trillions of dollar and giving tax cuts to highest tax bracket. Then after Covid, we had international supply chain issue that caused worldwide inflation. In order to manage inflation, the fed had to increase the interest rate. Do you not see that the hardship that we are going through is a direct result of Trump? I don’t know why people think that trump’s presidency was that great. Don’t you remember how many people died because of Trump’s lie and negligence. Without Biden‘s inflation reduction act and chips act, many of the red states would not be getting all those manufacturing jobs. Joe Biden kept his word that he will be president for everyone, including the red states who didn’t vote for him. If you vote for Trump, the economy will crash. Elon Musk would cut $2 trillion from the federal budget, probably except all the government contracts he has. People will lose jobs. Also Trump will deport millions of people, mostly working people. How do you think he’s going to sort out who is supposed to be deported and who’s supposed to be here. That will separate families in very cruel way. How is this not different from Nazis? Concentration camp. Trump also says he will enact the alien and sedition act when US put Japanese into concentration camp? If you deport all those working class, who’s gonna clean your house or harvest farm goods. Do you think that will help the economy and price of goods? Trump will put Bobby Kennedy in charge of supposedly everything including women’s health. RFK is a known adulterer, conspiracist and vaccine denier. You want him to be in charge of women’s health and kids vaccination denying them a polio, chickenpox, tetanus, and all those harmful diseases. How about your mom, daughters and friends who may be denied of routine women’s healthcare and die as a result as we have witnessed recently. Why would you want to vote for convicted felon, sexual abuser, A cheater and who would do anything to get more power and wealth. You really think that he cares about the average working Americans? Sorry Luke, I love your show and you and Avery helped us so much with our short term rentals. I know you didn’t want to talk about politics. But when I read the last comment from Ashely Justice about the voting I couldn’t help but rant also. I am so sick and tired of Trump’s hatred, division, and vulgar. Please make America Trumpless again. He has caused so much damage in this country.

This is why a guaranteed basic income for all is an ignorant idea. If you give everyone X dollars every month, then X dollars becomes the new bottom. All prices go up. Soon, the guaranteed basic income can no longer afford anything again, and anyone who didn't receive the free "basic income" gets dragged down by the resulting inflation.

Unfortunately it does come down to politics. If people want change and a better economy why would you continue to vote for the same people who are in office now. If they wanted to help the American people they have had four years to do so. Why haven’t they done it yet?
