The grate is to prevent large debris falling through and entering the pipeline on the pump truck, which could cause it to plug up

How much heavy lifting do you do with this gig?
The heaviest thing I lift is bags of calcium chloride which are around 40lbs. I may only do that once or twice on colder days. No repetitive heavy lifting with this job

Different strokes for different folks!
Treat mixer drivers with respect and the job goes smoothly. Try to boss them around and disrespect them and they can overload wheel barrows or charge standby if it takes longer than 5 minutes a yard to unload. Standby is 1 dollar a minute.
My company doesn’t do that standby stuff
