I think it’s reliable as long as you look after the car maintenance is a major thing with a car like that staying on top of services and replacing wear & tear items is a must but no I haven’t experienced a lot of problems

I have a 2017 X5 xDrive35i and the only problems I had in 80k mi of ownership was a water pump, thermostat and the air suspension springs.

nope. in my 320d (whoever needs a lc on a 320d anyway) u just have to have the car in sport and press the traction off button once and there u go :)

Yeah have it in sports plus so traction is half off hold your left foot on the break hard then plant your right foot and you’ll see launch control active

yes you have to press the button at the bottom of the gas pedal to activate the launch control otherway you will do a standing burnout 😂

Yes the little “kick down” function is needed to activate the launch control. Press till u feel that click or whatever and itll show the checkered flag(if your car has the sport transmission)
