Rode this as kid one of most memorable and scariest rides at our carnival in Milwaukee it was definitely fun

When I was about 11 or 12, during the summer carnival down the beach, one of the workers tried to walk across the platform while the ride was going and got hit by one of the sides that carry passengers. This was like 97 or 98 and the Internet wasn't like today, so I never found out what happened to the guy. I just remember the carnival getting stopped and ambulance and fire trucks flying to the scene.

we fished the hell out of that place in the 80's. Lots of standing cover everywhere. Everyone one of those stumps you see held at least 1 good fish. Then they sold the land on the far end and some putz showed up while we were ice fishing and cut down every tree sticking up.

Definitely a light snow fall day. Look how clear the streets are. No mounds, no foot traffic, no cars in front of business. Is this in Covid 19. No, it can't be. Must be a snow warning day, and the warning was inaccurate.

What happened? I went there to go catch some bass but this is exactly what I found.

Oh my God I was there today 7/11/2018 with my two grand daughters, the last time I was there was with my daughter and she was 10 years old, she just turn 47 this year that 37 years ago was the last time I was in this area. Before we played there I asked her if she wanted to go for a plane ride. Yes a plane ride, right across the street was an airport Tewksbury airport and she said yes. We went up and when we landed we went right over Funland over the street and landed. When we played golf the plans came over we you can almost touch them with your golf club, well not really but that how close the plans came on top of you. I was totally shock when I got there today, across the street is a big building and parking lot I didn't notice what building it was again WOW. I remember it like it was yesterday all the lights the music the kids laughing having fun today its just like Lakeview Park in Dracut gone just memories.
