This was posted at the perfect time because I’m going through this right now! I have tons of psych nursing experience and great background in remote psych telehealth. It seems everyone wants 2-5 years as an established provider and for you to have all of your insurance & credentials settled. ZERO support yet it’s frowned upon when you take it upon yourself to figure it out.

As a new grad, how much years of experience would you recommend getting?
