this is not the right way. create a video , where the flag (raster image) is masked by its country shape , just like masking in photoshop

What is with Identify Features polygon?

I have not been able to figure out how to use location averaging sw Maps. When I try, it seems to put the longitude as the first line and the latitude is somehow missing although, there is some other text, primarily numbers, to the right of the longitude on the first line. This appears to be a formatting error, but I have no idea why it is present. It is very important that I be able to use location averaging.
