I think i found a glitch, when you have this build: Lord of federation, Heroic Spear, Dissident soul, Federation Chest, Federation legging, black cape, Guardia Shield, Eye of the storm. If you have this build and than switch the armor set with entropy than press F on an dummy, than once you done that re equip your federation set, your attack power will go from 11500% to 22500% it helps a lot

The ranges cape is from one of the enemies on one of the islands in the draconic citadel, I forgot which enemy it was but I believe you can see it has the cape
