The construction of 424 Neeval Ave, Waupun Wisconsin. The home began construction in August of 1988 and was completed in summer of 1989 for Wally and Charlene Riel. They lived together in the home until Charlene passed in April 2023, and Wally moved into an apartment in fall 2024. The home was constructed by a Waupun High School workshop class.
