THE ONGOING JOURNEY OF BEING HEARD - CONNECTION. Connection ceases when systems and humans use words that have lost their meaning. For example, systems turned help and disability into pure business. Over time we forgot the noble intent where system’s function to serve humans for their individual needs. Today we end up getting services/products that are offered, not what each particularly needs to participate with others in life. This makes help and income for all by taking advantage of systems from both sides. Deals for corporations and the needy to get at least something. Amazing! 30 jam packed minutes. Michelle, the inner connection you are pointing to at 23 minutes is the impulse of pure indeterminate being which is structureless and boundless yet the impulse ends up structuring its own self from within that self in a boundless structure. This creative process of inner structuring from the directness of the spontaneoity of our collective pure being is what immanence is. It is what Michaell is calling "humancentric" simply by the fact of our sacred birth as consciousness and this immanent humancentric development creates genuine inflinite structures which rejuvinates and regenerates dead ones in such a way that all opposites which generate determinacy are in their right way...this is how we create immanent inclusion which is the safety Michaell is talking about. From this perspective of deep listening from the ear of pure being, we have a way to making even those of believe in systems feel included and accepted and safe (as well as those in the opposite onesidedness of structurelessness and boundlessness). Self-Compassion can bring us into the awareness of being in balance. This is a recurring theme, and a welcome one. In the world of capitalism (On Freud: driven by the "id" resource-gathering and then the "ego" the prestige of success, David is speaking of introducing a higher governor, or "super-ego") ... It reminds me of Bushido, the way of the warrior, already By or @8:44 as you know, I take a materialist stance. There is the body, the nervous-system is part of it. The mind is the nervous-system in operation. The mind gives us the impression of a "soul" or personality. Hence, there is the body and its operation, the living body. The spiritual is memetic and emergent. The soul is psychological ... As I see it. :) I could link to the source of this thinking, if you like ... By or @8:50 in the context of the human being, and not pertaining to chemistry per se, there are two categories, the body and the energetic processes that make it a living body. Or one category---the living body. The other parts are emergent. The concept of "I" or "You" implies a separate "soul" driving the "hollow vehicle" of a body. This thinking was encapsulated in the biblical book of Genesis but had its roots deeper back in Egyptian and Greek thought, if not Mesopotamian. A divine wind, a kame kazi, if you will----Inflating and animating the bodily vehicle is assumed. Try as we might, any new-age spiritualism based upon this thinking is tethered to the past and the Bible. My adopted stance is that there is a living body, and that is "you" or "I". Therefore "You" or "I" cannot use the "elements" or categories that make us. "You" or "I" emerge as beings only when the categories in their totality make us so. In other words, only the entirety----body, its nerves, the resulting mind, its assumption of self or soul, the memetic structure of societal beliefs or spirit----makes "you", "you". "You" emerge on top of that and parenthesise or enclose it as a concept. "You" do not drive the rest of "you". "You"---your will or consciousness arise from "you" in completion, and not part of "you" ... As I see it from my sources 0:) ... Okay, already too long 0:) I will just enjoy the rest of the video and blog about the it elsewhere, hehehe xxx I appreciate David's time, despite the differences in the components and axioms of our thinking :)
