Una pregunta para los conocedores, puedo salir a correr con estos reign 3?
tengo 2 free metcon 5 y 1 de las metcon 8 creo que son, más duras, y mi experiencia es que como las free metcon no hay. Las 8 son más rígidas y no las uso para otra cosa que no sea entrenar . Las free Son comodísimas para entrenar y para la vida en general. De todos los modelos de zapas nike son las mejores para mí

Por si te sirve, acabo de recibir las mías, yo uso talla 38 y tengo el empeine bastante ancho, he pedido la talla 38 y tenía miedo de que me quedasen estrechas y para nada, quedan muy muy bien y son muy cómodas.

Que diferencia tienen con las Nano X1 Froning?
Salve, ho usato ieri, per la prima volta, le metcon 7, per allenamenti con pesi e kettlebell...non so se sia stato un caso, ma mi è preso un terribile mal di schiena nella zona lombare. Potrebbe aver influito la scarpa? Prima usavo una scarpa molto più flessibile e morbida
Ciao Alessia, ci dispiace per il tuo dolore alla schiena. Le Metcon 7 sono scarpe attentamente studiate per l'allenamento, con una suola stabile per poter sollevare pesi (come nel tuo caso la kettlebell) e sufficientemente flessibili per poter affrontare gli WOD con degli elementi di cardio (corsa, remo, bicicletta eccetera). Per questo non dovrebbero essere state le scarpe ad influire al dolore. Ti consigliamo di chiedere al tuo coach di controllare il movimento che esegui quando svolgi i vari esercizi, perchè è fondamentale per non lesionarsi. Ti auguriamo una pronta guarigione!

Dicen que con las Metcon 7 si vas a correr tienes que tener cierta técnica, porque la parte flexible es la parte superior.

para wods el los que hay que correr, ¿la suela rebota? o prefieres las nano
Las Tri-Base Reign de Under Armour consiguen una la sensación alrededor del pie de gran agarre y un impacto en suela más contundente. Las Nano tienen una suela más gruesa y reactiva que, para nuestro gusto, las hace mas cómodas y apropiadas para WODs con carrera.
Menos pesas y más libros
Menos prejuzgar sin conocer a la gente de la que hablas. Aunque estés comparando el tocino con la velocidad te diré que muchos de ellos, además de atletas de élite, son gente más que preparada en lo que supongo que incluyes en la categoría "libros". Un saludo y menos bilis.
