nice i love the upper kenai..jims landing is hands down one of my favorite spots on the entire kenai..i fish at the pullout to the right of the launch...for about 25 years now great little spot around the bend as well for some fatty bows..always weary of the bears in that area though..have had quite a few encounters fishing there around the bend , so i always go armed of course..great video..nice to see some backyard action since im just over in kenai...be well..

When I got my two conure's (they don't fight they lived with each other for a year) I put both of them on a little playground and one got to the highest point and flipped himself upside down and released the other foot which really impressed me.

I know a breeder here on Oahu if you live in Hawaii...other than that , I recommend checking your state with "BirdBreeder" online ... you will find a breeder near you.

my dog spins around in circles as begging for food/treats its funny.

She screeches when I go look for her in the yard. I call her and she calls back. I Love that becasue she is very easy to find! : ) She does the same screech when I come home and she's excited. She also screeches when the mail man comes to the door...or most anyone for that matter. I don't mind though because I know why she communicates and I have great neighbors. I would recommend to anyone considering a sun conure to check with your neighbors about how they might feel about the "screeches".

So how loud is she?

HI...I got the stand at a pet shop but, I can't remember where....I've had it about 6 years now...you may need to call around. I'll be making my next one. It's just a simple T-bar made from a wood dowel rod, then screwed from the bottom side up into an aluminum plate.

@flychomperfly Thanks, I had before lovebirds and they are just cute and annoying kkkk, they sreen during day long with non stopping noise, and I also heard that suns they are loud when they scream but they don't scream the hole time, so I think I will be ok. Bebe My sun is coming home in 2 weeks!!!!! Thanks for answering me and by the way I loved the way you stated your answer, " the scream part is fun" about the dog, the person and the robin kkkk.

@mari82441 @SmilinWithTheWorld i agree with SmilinWithTheWorld, but be aware that some are more vocal than others. some conures ENJOY screaming for ANY reason. sometimes, it's because they don't have a bird companion...sometimes it's because they do have another bird they call to. sometimes, it's because they like to play scream games...such as...'scream! there's a dog in our yard,' or 'scream! i saw a person walk by,' or 'scream! that robin just flew into my favorite tree!' just so you know.

@mari82441 HI There! I'm just seeing your post. Keiki is 2 1/2 years now. She only screams noisy when I come home and she's excited to see me or she calls to me. It doesn't bother me at all and it won't you either if you know why they make the noises. : ) Have fun with your new baby !!!

Oh Your sun is so cute, what and adorable video thanks for sharing. I'm buying one for myself, since I saw one sun at one Pet store five years ago, I felt in love with suns, but just now I'm buying one baby one, I'm so happy and so exited. How old is yours? Is it to noisy????

@lilmissmina Hi ! Yes, it was a dead branch...dried really good and treated with Avian spray. Then I attached to a large stainless platter (screwed from the bottom into the branch) Then it rests on a stand that I found at a thrift shop. All the bird toys I got at a local pet shop and attached with zip ties. Thanks for your comment ! Have fun making one! They do love it and especially tearing up the branch. : )

Did you make tree stand with a real tree? I really like it and was wondering how to make it!
