you keep repeating mindfulness (same content) but with different title in your videos. That is still fine and will remind people about mindfulness. However ADS every 5 min will make your video not to be watchable. One down vote. IF everyone wants to enjoy ads, just watch his videos. Same contents but with different tittles. It is better to only have 2 ads, one at the beginning and one at the end
