⁠@@lerazy2376I have fluorosis too. I used to be so insecure, I used to cry every night. The weird thing is after I got my braces removed they disappeared. I think when my dentist was removing the glue on my teeth my stains got removed with it idk how. You can use crest teeth whitening strips. Teeth are like a sponge they have tiny holes that lead to the nerve. The hydrogen peroxide in whitening strips will whiten your teeth. You should give this a try. Weird how my dentist told me that they can never be removed, and that I have to live with them forever. She told me the only option I have was veneers 😢. I hope this helps you ❤️

Search up enamel microabrasion. Im not sure if it’s the same treatment as this but it helps with spots on your teeth. Watch a few vids about it and if you like the results, ask you’re dentist about one. Mine is costing about $135

They want more money from you for veneers that's why. I have my regular dentist that I had visits with for 6 years and I had my white spots on my teeth from my early years, and she never recommended the ICON treatment to me either. Maybe their clinic was not so professional or something but just from the knowledge the dentist have, she should tell me there's a method like that so I will stop being so shy about smiling and showing my teeth

Each case has its own treatment Some of them have to be treated with veneers as an indirect restoration By the way icon infiltration doesn’t live like veneers cause it’s composed at the end from polymer as it get discolored as a direct restoration

Zayy_xxx awe have you tried the whitening toothpastes? I used the Crest 80-85% 3D white toothpaste and that helped me feel better. I couldn’t used the stronger ones though, I felt like it made the fluorosis spots worse. It’s something to try on the weekend. You’re really young, I think dentists will have better knowledge of fluorosis in 10 years. You’re lucky you’re so young!

@@l8dykickass418 no I haven't tried any whitening toothpaste or any whitening methods cause I'm getting braces soon and the orthodontist said I shouldn't 😅 and thanks for the advice btw!
