This channel is primarily used to show my progress in making the bosses in KH1, BBS, DDD aswell as KH3 properly controllable
I am currently developing multiple tools to easily play as fully controllable bosses (Meaning full access to their movesets) and possibly even a few of the normal Heartless/Unversed/Dreameater enemies
These tools are Not for the PC ports (with the exception of KH3) because certain RAM modifications aswell as scenarios that work fine on the original PS2, PSP & 3DS versions will hard-crash on the PC ports
i also do boss vs boss scenarios, some player controlled, some AI VS AI

despite both vexen & axel having the same amount of HP (1460) vexen still dominates due to how most of axel's damage comes from firetooth's 2nd variant, while just vexen's melee attack alone does very high damage most times axel actually only gets vexen down to 400-800 HP. he actually has a much higher chance of winning against marluxia than he does against vexen

i've been able to minimise the simultanious attacks issue quite a bit. don't think i'll be able to fix targeting for a while, though the enemies sometimes pop into position due to some binding issues the objects in the geometry only have their models loaded in with the correct entity scripts, which would have taken up too much RAM next fight will be axel 2 VS vexan 2 after that i'll try pitting...

making this possible made me wanna kms due to how targeting works i have to bind the player character to the boss i want the current attacker to target, which is why you sometimes see axel attacking the thin air, as he has bind priority. enemies have (afaik) no entity id based targeting system unlike the other games due to how enemies only ever have a single target for cards i had to make it so...

AI VS AI armoured ventus nightmare has a weird issue where changing his status to "confused" (which is required for enemies' attacks to cause damage to eachother) will break his AI if his target also has the same status effect, so i had to toggle black coat's status effect in real time whenever he attacks and back to minimise AI issues the fading transitions are for skipping long AI inactivity ...

making enemies more defensive for the true playable boss experience. kinda short video since making this kinda AI behaviour in KH1 is really time consuming once i release version 1.0.0 of the AI controller you'll be able to turn custom AI on/off if you want

i like how Repliku doesn't try for Zexion while for me he doesn't let me do anything until i finally defeat him he must feel guilty for killing Zexion and that it was unnecessary since Riku changed his heart
Lexaeus can destroy Marluxia and Larxene both at the same time but as im watching this it seems speed is the only thing he lacks
Prewatch predictions: Marluxia beats Larxene, Axel beats Cloud, Vexen beats Ansem, Repliku beats Lexaeus, Axel beats Marluxia, Repliku beats Vexen, and them Repliku takes the win. Post tournament thoughts: Thank god I wasn't betting any money, I would have gotten destroyed. Seeing Ansem vs Repliku being _that_ close was crazy! I also thought enemy cards would come into the equation more, but admittedly them only affecting P2 did make Incremeter's use in Lexaeus kinda funny with how smug his cards can look. I also forgot that they auto turn to look at the invisible Sora. Vexen got robbed cause of that. Dude never aimed his shield at his opponent. I'd also be super curious to see a Larxene vs Ansem rematch in a smaller arena where she can shred him with Blade Storm like she could Marluxia and Cloud. Watching Ansem just break apart Spectre was such a fun finale too. Cloud missing every Crosslash makes me wonder if Ansem's teleport could have been applied to him too. Though he might not need it with how much he tore into Axel. I slept on him so hard. Also, thank you for givint more love to Lament of Innocence and Curse of Darkness. The PS2 Castlevanias are super underrated.

Renon's theme is weirdly fitting for the aesthetic of some weird robed guy wandering around Hollow Bastion. Also glad to see someone is trying to restore and enhance Chain of Memories multiplayer. I dunno what's up with this franchise and having multiplayer be a portable console exclusive affair.

Watching this made me realize something very fascinating about Lexaeus. Because of the way these boss vs boss fights play out we actually get to see their idle animations, albiet for a half second at a time, and Lexaeus has the same idle stance as Riku, Vanitas, and Young Xehanort. Well, his own variation of it anyway. That has some pretty wild implications when paired with his "power of darkness" line. And yet, he doesn't have yellow eyes or the white hair that I'd expect out of someone with those traits. I doubt it would have meant much of anything for when the original Chain of Memories came out, but this is a new stance specific for RE:CoM, which no doubt was made with more of a future plan in mind if Marluxia 3 is anything to go by. Its a shame those implications might end up being ignored too, as Aeleus is a total non entity in the franchise.
Man, watching these makes me wish the multiplayer in CoM was expanded upon instead of gutted out for Re:CoM

Interesting fact, someone once did a one card run and used Bond of Flame against Vexen and found it dealt less damage than Divine Rose despite being Fire elemental and better stats. Seems someone actually gave Vexen fire resistance along with Frost Absorbtion.
He isn't weak to fire in re:com.
@@Bravidunno Then the devs messed up some of the Keyblade values since that challenge run was done in RE:COM.
@@niyebe6406 most of the time on bosses being "weak" to an element means "not resisting" to it, x1.0 resistant to physical, x0.5 to fire, in re:com
