In a lot of songs they hit the muted strings, really brings a nice swing/feeling to the song. But it's damn difficult for me hahaha. You always mute notes strumming chords but then when you need to mute them you can't 🤣

i think the main reason why he used prs for sob rock tours is mostly just because they were released quite closely together so he was trying to advertise it because i saw him live in the solo tour and he played the blk1 for gravity instead of a prs

Great tutorial. Thankyou :) they're not that easy but cool to play around with. The barring 2 (or more) strings while muting the others (or having them open) is pretty hard on my index finger

Love the lesson, although I feel like you can do it in a better way than the small bits you were doing of the solo. Keep it up!

That's also one of my favorite version of Gravity. I've recently gotten in Rock n' Blues and John Mayer has gotta be my favorite artist. I'm only 15, I'm still learning how to play the guitar, it's been a good 9-10 years. I'm just not that good at theory. But I love'd to hear someone do a version of that concert. Keep up the work!!
