A lot of that knowledge has been lost and it seems as though the modern world is still trying to pick up the pieces. One day my wife was sitting on the couch in pain from a “nice dinner” we just came home from, that spawned a process of discovery that led us to take control of what we put in our bodies.I’ve learned so much it’s time to put it into action and not be afraid to make mistakes along the way. My daughter suggested I keep a journal to capture and reference my experiences… here you go sweetheart.
