The fanvid exploits of a 30-something Canadian.
I started doing fanvids in my teens (~2004), took a huge break from it, then dove back in. My earliest videos were done with good ol' Windows Movie Maker, before I (MUCH later) upgraded to Vegas Pro. I'm constantly striving for improvement and testing out new effects or techniques. I do this for fun and I've had a blast whipping these together to show love for my favorite shows, movies, and games.

This video was primarily intended as a gift for my fiance (the Jesse mentioned at the end), as Avatar is his favorite movie, and somewhere along the way I fell in love with the story, world and characters as well, which wasn't hard as I am already a fan of James Cameron's films. I hope you enjoy this little love letter as much as I did making it.

I am moved to tears. I came very late to "Timeless" - this year - and, like so many others, was completely broken by the finale. This is how it should have been. The Garcy fan vids are just exceptional and I consider this one just the best. This is my first ever comment on RUclips and I am glad it was for you.
The final movie is a shit, shit, shit - an outrage against humanity! 😈 Lucy & Flynn belong together, no matter what anybody thinks or says. ❤❤❤

Okay, this _alternative (happy) end_ became the _official end_ to me. No argument! 😉 I reject the horrible final movie as part of the canon and the official ending of _Timeless_ and Lucy and Flynn's story, I simply cannot accept it!!! (I'd rather call it a fanfiction instead of a real episode...) Lucy and Wyatt are: • boring • forced • there is no chemistry and no sexual tension between them • do not match at all!!! (neither the characters nor the actors) And who the hell gives their daughter the name Flynn Logan??? (It sounds as terrible as Albus Severus Potter!!! 😅) And last but not least Flynn shouldn't have passed away, he would have deserved a happy end, a chance to settle down and have a new family (with Lucy!), a chance to love again and to be loved in return. 💔 So I can't accept the (official) final movie as the real end. To me _this_ is the official end. No argument! 😉 (Great editing, by the way.) Lucy & Flynn ❤❤❤

Is anyone else absolutely _disgusted_ with how they wrapped up his character plot? His friends basically betrayed him. Let him die so they could be happy and never even _attempted_ to bring him back. Lucy literally handed him the very thing that turns him into a terrorist and ends with him dying in a ditch somewhere. It makes me kind of sick.
You are kind of missing the point of the notebook. Flynn already suspected the time machine existed, he knew who Connor Mason was, so we can suspect there was a timeline where he found and stole the time machine by himself and tried to destroy Rittenhouse. Probably that timeline took a turn for the worse, and maybe that is the timeline where future Lucy wrote the notebook. Possibly the only way to correct the mistakes and keep history as close to what it was as possible. If you remember Jessica was dead even after they killed the parents of her killer. And the killer was never found, so that could have been Flynn. This is where time travel stories get messy. Nevertheless, i dont see either why he couldnt return with the lifeboat after killing Jessica. I think there was an interview where the creators said some actors were not available for filming. But i can sort accept that he wanted to see his family once again, and just stop fighting. We will never know i guess

Absolutely. And there are probably thousands of fans who feel the same way. Garcia Flynn was one of the most profoundly written characters I've ever seen, and this actor just took it to Shakespearean levels. They really need to bring the show back, resurrect Flynn, and do 5 more years of this show. There are so many directions they could take it.
