This is an extremely difficult song for anyone to sing but if you've actually heard the original a lot of the pitch changes are the same as the original. Plus a cover song shouldn't sound exactly like the original it's an interpretation of the original. I now have 70 different songs on here many of them I've put in dozens of hours rehearsing. Spotify is a wonderful tool for musicians and singers. Plus all the big name studios use auto tuner on the vocals and sometimes unexpected affects happen. Listen to my rendition of Like a Stone by Audioslave that had no auto tune and the pitch changes are exactly like Chris Cornell sang them. The subtle variations are what make cover songs unique. I've been singing since I was 7 and I'm 45 now I've frequented karaoke for more than 2 decades and have been recording for just as long. It's this kind of ignorance I can't stand is the assumption that I've never sang in my life and trying really difficult songs.

And you're spreading your insecurities all over my page this song is perfectly in key so what if I interpret it a little differently than the original I just think you're either jealous of my ability or you don't like covers that don't sound exactly as the original maybe you just don't like cover songs to begin with. I've been singing for more than 30 years how about you? If you think I've made "every mistake a singer can make" why don't you record your rendition of this song. Oh wait you won't because you can't and are just jealous of my ability. No one who's an accomplished singer would make these rude comments like you did.

@@StacyLynx listen man dont put a video up if you cant handle criticism. It wasnt constructive ill give you that. Get a cheap casio keyboard and use it to assist younin your warmups. Do me sol me do up amd down your register. At the end go up the half step in voice without pressing the key then press the key to see if you got it right. That will help you a boat load. Now that is constructive.

@@lordtartarsauceb8348 you're giving me criticism from from 1 song out of nearly 70 I've recorded maybe go back and listen to 5 or 10 more before you make judgment. This song in particular isn't easy to sing to began with. Unless you can prove to me you're anywhere close to being an accomplished vocalist maybe I'll take advice because everything you said here is so basic every music teacher teaches.

@@StacyLynx hell no. Im not judging the entirety of your talent. Im judging a single performance. Thats how this works. You could pay me to train you. Then ill review all 70. Ill have you know almost every instructor is unaccomplished as a solo performer. One last bit of advise. You tunneled your mind on getting the screaming right. You have to spread your focus. Also practice a single song for an hour a day for 2 weeks before you perform.

@lordtartarsauceb8348 I'm not taking advice from you nor would I pay you to review any of my covers you have no idea I'm not 25 I have been singing for over 30 years when I was 8 I was told by a professional musician and university music teacher of 35 years I'm a natural vocalist. I do practice my songs if you think you're so good that you can critique my abilities maybe YOU should record something and put it up here but I know for a fact you won't because you're actually not as good probably can't sing 1 song on my list let alone 70 if you're going to just be ignorant and keep flapping those gums with no real substance I'm just going to hide you from my page.

If you didn't like the recording you could have stopped listening you sound like someone who doesn't like covers anyway because they're not the original. @RubyRedOlivia actually, no, the Bible has 0 eye witnesses. There's nothing proven about the Bible to be true. The original text wasn't written until almost 400 years after Jesus died. People back in those times were largely illiterate, and the stories were passed down in spoken word. Jesus was against the establishment, fought for marginalized people, and hated the organization of religion. If you were to read your gospel for yourself and not listen to your twisted fundamentalist preacher, you would understand. He even told his disciples to accept eunics because they too are children of God. We are no different than the eunics of that time. You using the Bible as a weapon goes against everything Jesus ever taught. He taught to love one another unconditionally regardless of our differences.

@Fearzzy well it's true that more than 80% of men think about sex multiple times a day, and when they think of sleeping together, that means sex and not sleep. I'd feel sorry for your kids for having an unsupportive parent who criticizes them and others for something that doesn't affect your life in any way. You obviously didn't watch this episode or if you did you tuned the whole thing out. You have no idea how well raised my kid is and you could learn a thing or 2 from a 10 year old. I was raised catholic devout to the church was confirmed in grade 7 going to a catholic school. I walked away from religion when I realized that no god was answering any prayers of mine and I had to figure life out on my own. I am a woman you denying that is transphobic. I've witnessed enough misogyny myself to know how women get treated. I was never seen as truly a man so I never got any of the male privilege these guys seem to get. You have to get out of your delusional privileged world and come to reality. I am a woman and trans people exist. We've been validated by medical science and psychology. We are a protected class in Canada under our charter of rights. We've been here since the beginning of humanity and we will always be here.
