Wish I could've seen this live but family got in the way! I live so close, too. Rallizes and Cindy Lee have to be some of my favorite artists of all time

The brief intro the band plays before John starts talking is Nervous Breakdown by Black Flag at 0:27 and rolls into Interstellar Overdrive by Pink Floyd at 0:37. I'd love to hear their full version of it.

My biggest regret of the night wasn't falling and flailing* in the pit but not screaming that Buffalo 66 is my favorite movie. Vincent gallo may have been me tooed but he was my obsession as a lil teenie bopper.

This was such a fantastic show. Loved hearing them play a more concise, direct set. Maybe not as much exploration, but just blazing forward through their impulsive musical ideas. One of the greatest live bands.

Thanks for the awesome audio from the show last week! I came in from Detroit for it. Wondering what mics or app you used to record this, as it sounds great! The few times I ever recorded any shows on my iphone, they ended up sounding like old 70's bootlegs, lol!
