Botero Plaza is completely a place of prostitution and drug dealers. something like in bogota santa fe. it's just not good to film these people with a camera. so don't be surprised that these people are aggressive. I know this place very well. I've walked there maybe 4 times. I lived right across from the big Nutibara hotel.

What you did unknowingly is ask for trouble..that place can get seriously dangerous The women who prostitute themselves usually have families that they do not want to know what they do...she was speaking in a vulgar manner not just about her butt ,but she did not want to be filmed.... ...filming them without their consent, that can get you killed. They usually have a protector or a group of protectors close by them that promise them anonaminity. Foreigners really need to stop coming to colombia and doing what ever they want. Dont go back there for a while...the paramilitary control certain areas in medellin for women. The other areas are either controlled by colombian organized crime groups or even worse venezuelan gangs with nothing to lose.
