It absolutely is the best contra. All the others don't even come close to matching the insanity of this game. And when you count the 4 distinctly different characters with all the branching paths that lead to different levels and bosses. Coupled with the many different endings depending on how you played the game, it's no contest.

Game deserves a remake with all the og music and voice actors!!! Add some extra bosses and outfits and more seru trees!! Don’t change the story !

This game proves that you don't need super stunning graphics , an overly complicated plot or several systems to make a great rpg . Breath of fire 3 was excellent in all it's simplicity and for me is more fun and interesting than final fantasy 7 Wich came out more or less at the same time

Fukei is by far my favorite move so far, out of every video game even now. Amazing growing up and seeing a person shoot fireball for the first time (besides DBZ).

In 1990 warner bros relased a cartoon named "tiny toon adventures" It was a succes So they told konami to do a game about it Btw Tiny toon adventures is a very good cartoon Now name 3 characters from the show
