I have also found that those who are freely able to express negative emotions, such as anger, rage, sadness, and tears; are also more freely able to express positive emotions, such as love, joy, passion, intimacy, tenderness, affection, and even sexual feelings. As for me, when I cry, 90% of the time it is when I am overwhelmed with happiness. Hence, my tears are TEARS OF JOY. For this reason, I thank God that I have always been blessed with female friends who allow me to open up emotionally and have always been attentive to my feelings. And the next time that I am at the point of tears, there is no place I'd rather be than face down on the lap of a loving female friend.

Therefore, if God's only begotten Son cried, then there is no reason that any other man should feel that crying, showing emotion, or being vulnerable, is weak or unmanly. Anyone who says "Grown men and big boys don't cry", obviously doesn't read the Bible, doesn't listen to country music, has never experienced extreme joy, and has never experienced heartbreak or sorrow. Take all of this for what it's worth.
