Hi, This channel is going to contain mostly videos of streets and parks around Manchester and Stockport.
I’ve recently bought a Canon EOS600D Digital SLR, which I am going to film with and create slideshows which I will upload here.

I am treasurer of a local Manchester charity called the Bee Sanctuary Movement which helps redevelop green spaces. I also contribute to the website which you can visit at beesanctuarymovement.org
I am also the author of a davinci code style romp called the Elder Agenda, which you can purchase on the Amazon store.
I have qualifications in Computer Science and Accountancy but all of the jobs I have done in the past drove me potty, so I am now concentrating on my creative side.
I spend a lot of time watching films at the HOME Arts Centre in Manchester.

Vernon, Woodbank Park and Poise Brook
This was meant to be a walk allong the Goyt Valley from Stockport to Chadkirk Country Park, but I ended up following the Poise Brook to Offerton. Hope you like it nonetheless. Don't forget to subscribe and give the thumbs up.

Lyme Park 2

A quick walk from the Disley entrance to the Cage and then to Lyme Hall. Check my channel for the walk through the lakes and gardens. Yes I know, the music is unsuitable.
Peak Forest Canal and Marple Woods

Starting in Marple we walk up to top lock and turn right passing Goyt Mill. We walk across the golf course and keep following the path to Marple Woods. We turn back on ourselves and reach the Middlewood Way for the second time. We then follow the Way to Rosehill Station
Peak Forest Canal

A walk from Padden Brook Mews, Romiley along the Peak Forest Canal to lock 7, Marple, then down into Brabyns Park and across to Compstall. Filmed in aperure priority mode with an aperture of f/3.5
Stockport at Night

Shot with the experience of my last video, this is filmed in shutter priority.mode with a 1s shutter speed. The material is the A6 from the merseyway precinct to stockport college. Hope you like it.
Manchester at Night

My first foray into night photography. I used shutter priority mode with a selection of different shutter speeds. I found an exposure time of about 1 or 2 seconds were the best, and I will be using these speeds in future videos.
Bee Sanctuary Movement

Etherow Country Park

A walk around the famous park in Compstall. First we walk alongside the river Etherow with views of boats sailing on the reservoir. We come to the great wier, and then we visit the Keg Pool. We return to the car park by following the blind person's trail.
Sunny Brow and Debdale Parks

A quick runaround of the parks in Gorton, Manchester. Featured are Sunny Brow Park, Butterfly Gardens and Debdale Park. Debdale Park features some astounding views of the reservoir.

This is my first slide show filmed in Quick Shot Mode (SLR), rather than Live View Mode (LCD). I also dispensed with the tripod, because I didn't include any panning or zooming videos.Hope you like it!
I often visit Vernon and Woodbank park such lovely places and both totally different
