Rietveld refinement just means data fitting. Your experimental to theoretical.

You can get the values of x,y,z from standard ICSD/ICDD files. If you don't have any commercial database. You can find them in COD( crystallographic open database).
OR you just type materialsproject/your compound name.

Kindly I need your little advice regarding my XRD pattern. I deposited TiO2 thin film on glass substrate through spin coating. I passed the sample through 16 re runs.The XRD result showed some spurious and misleading peaks and some other phases of TiO2 as well. Can you please guide me how to get rid of those undesired phases? I annealed the sample to 450 C. Should I increase the annealing temperature or change some other parameters? Waiting for your valuable advice. Regards.
