Very unfortunate NS decided to put a generic Raised Letter K5LA on a special unit like that.
Agreed, doesn't need the "copy and paste" treatment like most NS units get nowadays.
@rodney.t9082 P5s are discontinued, so NS had no choice but to put a K5LA on it. It's still a nice-looking unit.

Yes, it's a K5LA. It used to have a P5, which was sounding fouled.

Better view is over on the Amtrak platform.

First train was 119 for Bellevue. Second train was 19W for Bellevue and the third one was 19M for Elkhart, IN. I down here Tuesday with a few friends. Came away with an hour of footage after editing everything.

Cool that you got the 4000. Last I saw the 4000 was in Hummelstown Pa. on 39G Huge manifest train. That was back in the beginning of March. Might have even been the last run before they rebuilt her. I have that on the introduction to my RUclips channel. 220 plus manifest .They were using the 4000 then as a mid DPU.Nice catch on the 4000.
