wow u can consume 3 eggs. Myself could not. 1 egg any size can make me full until dinner at 18pm paired with either banana or apple ofc. For dinner i only eat 1 sweet potato

If u don’t add sugar to the green tea you can basically drink 20 cups of it no problem - no need to limit ur intake! It’s 0 calories, filling, and healthy. The only problem might be the caffeine, but they’ve also got decaf if u wanna chug a gallon of it at night 😆🤷‍♀️

I did this before and for snack between breakfast and lunch I ate watermelon and for after lunch snack i ate green salad with vinaigrette dressing
