Coming home from a bike ride we saw this black rat snake sunning itself in the driveway. You can hear my wife scream a bit when it started into the grass and I grabbed it and pulled it back on the driveway 😀.

This black bear keeps coming and snooping around the house. He attacked the garbage and made a big mess a few days ago, now he is back. The camera is a Nest floodlight cam so I tried yelling at him through the camera, but he didn't seem to care. So I had to go out there and throw a firecracker at him to scare him off.

I heard the barred owl calling the two juvenile owls they are far away and they come near the tree that is by exit gate they stay there all night is until 5 am

I hear this every night in my backyard! I saw the massive mom in my front yard catch a rabbit. I immediately heard the screeching amplify in my backyard and then spotted two juveniles together in the tallest tree! Sooooo cool!

It's still a fledgling. You can tell by the fuzzy head...and the call. Fledgling Barred Owls are strangely approachable.
Where's his water bowl? ...a nice cushy bed under the deck and food... (and a heat lamp of course) 😂

That's the call that the juvenile barred owls use when they are begging for food from their parents. Notice the downy feathers still on the head. I hear that every time our pair is feeding their newly fledged young near our house.

Good recovery but boy that was such a long drone..... Hopefully you have a DJI by now.
Disappointing - too much time along the coastline. Very little "island time".
Sorry you were disappointed. Lost control link when I got over the island and got nervous. That is when it got shook up and almost flipped upside down. Decided to head back to the shore after that.

This was a Blade 350qx. Used a GoPro Hero 3 and a Fatshark FPV setup.

Good luck! I was nervous too as the Island is about 4000 feet. I lost my control link near the far side of the island. This is where you can see the drone start coming back and then get shaken up a bit when I got control again. What kind of drone do you have?
And cars don't even stop.
Man, this video made me nervous watching it.. I kept thinking it was going to lose power or crash in the middle of the water.
Nathan Daniels You have no idea how nerve racking this was doing it. When you see over the island where it kind of flips around that was me losing control for a second and RTH kicking in!
