Pro Am Drift Build: Stitch Welding Part 2
Stitch Welding the Engine and under the fenders is no easy task. Also a very dirty process but it has to be done to gain more strength and reduces flex in the front suspension area.

Something happen to the LS and had to pull it out. While the engine is out decided to Stitch Weld the engine bay and get it ready for paint, but got a little over board with the welding.

After not having my Ls swapped s14 done for this event I decided to take my stock s13 coupe. FIRST TEST DRIVE!!! it actually went pretty well just a few things I have to fix before I could take it to the track and let her loose. One step closer! Also installed my high maintenance wheels so I could take my s14 down the block to keep my rep up. haha Bleeding the clutch solo is a difficult process by yourself. especially when your friends never want to help. Just ordered mine, but my factory hinges look like they're welded on the door.
Might be seam sealer that’s makes it look welded, but if they are welded bust out the grinder and have fun.

How long drive shalf from tranmission to differential? Is it abs or non Abs?

I just don't like that intsead of appreciating the car for what it is a euro, people are quick to drop a v8 and still have the nerve to call it a tuner.
I did my time with a KA (3 years) and a Rb25 (2 years) before dropping a v8 into it. Not something I through in off the bat.
@@zenkiftw2969 I hear you, I just thought you were one of those who deminshes imports. Alot of people who get spanked by imports do that and then go and buy one but drop a v8 and say muscle is still the way to go . Clearly your not one of those, my apologies. This is coming from a s13 and s14 owner. Props on the lambo kit
@@oscarq180sx To be honest I wish I would of stayed with the Rb. Loved the way it sounded. But I do have an s13 coupe not sure if I should turbo the ka or go with a RB again.

Cx racing oil pan and mounts.

Nilr92 that is what is stamped on the hinges. It came in a usps box.

did your front z32 brakes clear your KFs? if so, what disk are the fronts?
Hesh Buckets no they didn't. I ended up using a 15mm spacer in the front to clear the brakes.
@@zenkiftw2969 I'm guessing you have a A/Medium disk? I think 10mm should clear so I'm ordering it. Like I said I hope it clears haha
DriftingBrandon C. My KFs are A/medium disk. I ended up using a 15mm spacer just to be sure they would clear. Pretty sure a 10mm spacer would fit.
