Aapki awaj?
thank you very much
This was very helpful, thank you. The sleeve hem and coat hem along with lining was confusing to me but your video really helped me understand that better. Thank you for you time in putting this video together. I’m going to tackle a lined coat now.
This was very helpful to me. Thank you for the time you spent making this video.
❤
Thank you, very well done! If you do another video of this kind I would like to see a clearer difference between the color/pattern of the shell and lining fabrics.
Book name ?
metric pattern cutting for women's wear
❤❤very helpful! Much love to you🎉
Thank you!
Very helpful
Thank you for your video. Very clear and easy to follow. 👌🏼
Thank for your your channel is very important and very good ❤❤❤
Excellent
So happy I found this channel. I've purchased this book and I need the step by step guides..
It’s very helpful for beginners I agree . But professionally I’d add some more ease to the lining to specific areas like the bust curve and to the folding on the edge of the CF so that it’s not pulling but that’s just a few mm 😅
Thank you for this lesson❤
Muchas gracias muy buena explicación ❤ saludos desde Medellín colombia🎉❤
This helps a lot! I always have issues with cutting my fabric as a newbie in sewing/pattern making and having jagged edges.
Very nice video, but much easier to sew the band to the inside and flip it over and top stitch the bottom edge on the outside.
Thank u. Please can u do a double brest reverse collar
Great teacher, great tutorial, thank you so much!
Thank you for this wonderful tutorial. ❤
Thank you, you are so welcome❤️
Thank you
Can you share where you got the pattern? Or Did you make it?
I love it
If you cannot cut the straps on the bias, is it ok
Very informative and clear instructions. Thank you.
Helpful😊
this actually saved my life 🙏 me andmy friends now have matching sweatshirts as we all go to different schools
Thank you 🙏 for this! Great !
This was really helpful, thank you!
Thanks my Tutor I really appreciate and understand your explanation, with the Winifred Aldrich 6th edition. I will be happy if you can explain other stand collars and how to balance fittings with garments
Thank you very much for such a detailed and well demonstrated video 💐
Thank you
Thank you!!!! I think I can finish the jacket I'm sewing for my mother in law - I might be following along step by step again. But this is very clear. Again, thank you!!
The one without looks the nicest. Thank you for the demonstration: very helpful.
Hello, I am new to your channel and I just love your tutorials. since you mentioned it could you maybe show how to make a side welt pocket for coat or jacket? not the double welt one for vests and trousers, , the big one you put on the coats side. I already watched tones of videos and none is really good for a beginner. they tend to make it with fabrics that right side and wrong side of the fabric dont defer for example and one can not know which way they are supposed to stitch...among other things. so I would love to watch a video from you since I see you are so good at what you do. thanks in advance, keep up the great work!!!
great tutorial and your voice is so soothing...let me ask you, is the lining the same length with actual coat ?in sleeves and body length I mean. I get that at the sides and upper back its not because one has to cut out the facings part but i dont know about the length. please help me on that. greedings from greece
The lining of the sleeves and coat is shorter. She has another video where she talks about this. The video has drawings of front , back, and sleeves. I just watched it because I had the same question.
For an experianced sewing. Why have you used white on white on an otherwise very good tutorial/ So beautiful, excellent skills.
Thank you so so much!!!
Do we have to use the standard armscye depth measurement as the book says or can we measure our own armscye depth?
Wow this is a great video!!!
Amazing video!!! Needed this cos I’m making a crinoline skirt but using boning for my toile to see if it’s sturdy
My first time using boning and pattern sewing instructions did not go into detail. I happened onto your video. Well done and thank you for eastern Oregon, USA.
So so useful ...making my first ❤so thanks much
Thank you for the tutorial, I am trying to make a lined jacket for my friend and I think the number of times I have unpicked it has made it smaller. I will try to follow your instructions, thank you, One question you have such a quiet voice I had difficulty hearing you even at full volume.
Thanks! That was really useful. I'm a home sewist attempting a top for a Christmas doo without a pattern, rashly using a sparkly/glitter jersey/lycra fabric and adding a velvet roll collar. I have this book and couldn't believe you were talking through the very thing I want to do. My snag is the main body fabric is a bit scratchy so I'm adding the double sided velvet collar to be gentler against the skin (and therefore it's a totally separate entity to sew onto the main fabric, so where you have a satin 'facing' which is flipped out, mine would also have that satin on the side which is folded over) Might end up being too complicated but fun trying. Thanks again, this was really helpful.😊And makes me feel good to know Im seeing at level 6! 😉
Thank you for this. I'm all for hand cutting because I'm just not into fancy computer programs and needing a specific machine.
