This video is everything ♥️ thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. I feel like I have been going through a huge amount of change over the last few years. First I moved to the US from the UK, and whilst scary, I feel that I truely followed my heart and had the most incredible life experience. 3 years later I had to return to the UK which I did not want and felt a huge amount of grief and loss for my old life Then I moved into a van, which was another huge change that took time to adjust to. Now I have an opportunity to move to Canada, something I thought I always wanted, but the closer move date gets, the more unhappy I feel 🙈 I guess my question is, what are your thoughts on knowing the difference between following you heart? Or whether fear is holding you back. Hope that makes sense, sorry for the essay! 🤣♥️
