I have a question on this kriya...is it 10+26 in total or 26 in total? I did 10+7 yesterday, 10+13 today and I'd like to understand how many it should be in total!
Hi thanks for your question. 10 frogs and the the breath hold, then you have the choice of either doing another 7 frogs or 13 or 26. Depending on how your knees feel and how much energy you have. Keep to the recommended amounts for the most benefit. There is a lot of numerology in Kundalini Yoga.

You are saying that your aura brings that positive attitude
No your actions can charge your aura positively or negatively. What I have experienced is that if I charge my aura, my energetic body, by doing breathwork, kundalini yoga, it has helped me to lift my feelings of depression and anxiety. I feel healthier and happier, the people around me also notice I am better company and in turn they feel better 😊 Thanks for the great question
