Hi, You need to have basic fitness to do this trek since you will cross 15,000 ft during pass crossing day and you will end up walking close to 15kms on the last day of the trek. Along with fitness try and include cardio vascular exercises as warm ups or cooldowns in your routine fitness schedule. You should be able to do it with ease and enjoy the trek.

Sure, you can Contact Rup Mohan. He was our lead guide. This whole trek costed some 1lak since it was from Uttrakhand to Himachal (They do it from Jiskun to Sangla, which is shorter and costs you less), so it came down close to 30k per head for 10 days.
