How to Make Healthy NIGERIAN CHIN CHIN | Quick & Easy Recipe
Coconut Flavoured Nigerian Chin Chin Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1/4 cup dried coconut flakes (optional)
1/4 cup coconut milk (can be substituted with regular milk)
Chapters
Intro 0:00 - 0:05
Mixing 0:05 - 1:29
Rolling and cutting 1:30 - 2:14
Air frying 2:15 - 2:28
Outro 2:29 - 2:44
Additional Instruction
* In the absence of an air fryer, bake the chin chin in an oven at the same temperature for about 30 minutes

What can I use if I don't have blenders
Hello. You can use a rolling pin to crush the groundnuts on a hard surface. You can also use a small mortar and pestle. Thanks for watching!
I tried using mortar and pestle, and it tasted great, but it kept breaking unlike yours that looks well put together.. Is it because of the oil that came out while pounding the peanuts? Or is that I didn't let it cool enough before cutting them
How do you get coconut powder please?
I got it at a grocery store. The brand name is Emma. You can also use canned coconut milk. Let me know how it turns out. Thanks for watching.
