    Bro your crazy strong! I can do a lot of straight bar dips but only about 1 on rings. Your form is also good and you get the full ROM doing archer dips on rings. That’s crazy man! Also, are you sure your set up is safe? It was makin a lot of noises that don’t sound stable

    Thats actually the best muscle up advise I've heard most of the time people are like oh yeah you just do it like wtf no you gotta work up to it in steps

    • @FitnessWithScoliosis
      @FitnessWithScoliosis Месяц назад

      I’ve seen lots of tutorials. They give BS advice. All you need to do is keep working on pulling up higher. And doing as many reps as you can. It may take some time but Eventually you will get it

  • @zavorica
    @zavorica Месяц назад

    By far no, decent yes

  • @zavorica
    @zavorica Месяц назад

    Protracting your scapula doesn't do rly that much for your chest because they react the best during the stretch position, not shortened, so focusing on that part might be more important.

  • @zavorica
    @zavorica Месяц назад

    Why are you pushing your head forward so much, you are cutting out pretty much the best part, the streched position. Good advice tho

  • @zavorica
    @zavorica Месяц назад

    Rings moving around makes it difficult to stay stable thus your neural drive doesn't let you use max amount of force, therefore no you are better off just doing normal dips for best chest and triceps development

    • @viktorjanssen2197
      @viktorjanssen2197 Месяц назад

      if his claim was true, we would see bodybuilders do a lot of ring dips.

    How does this focus the chest anymore then regular dips apart from maybe a slightly wider stretch every other rep, if anything wouldn't it be blowing up your core, traps and shoulders more than anything due to the stability factor required

    • @FitnessWithScoliosis
      @FitnessWithScoliosis Месяц назад

      @@outa9796 straightening the arm leads to higher chest activation in the straightened arm. Also the bent arm has more force to exert to press up; thus using more chest muscles. The in stabilization of the ring also leads to higher chest gains as well. It definitely also blows up your core, traps, triceps, and shoulders as well. That’s why this exercise is so good. It’s a great compound movement.
