Hi Thomas, my great guitarist friend! First time ever hearing this song. I thought about how synchronized you were in voice and guitar and also synchronized with the whole underlying message of the piece. Great selection for today's times. You resonate with this piece. In 2012 when it was produced, a lot was RADIOACTIVE as a result of the Fukushima nuclear disaster in 2011. It includes the word "Apocalypse" and of course the world was going to "end" per the Mayan Calendar predictions of the end of the world in 2012. A fun piece and still relative today. 💥💥💥🙏🙏🙏

Hi Thomas, this is a beautiful melody that is both happy and soothing in tone that also has a feeling of timelessness. Listened more than a few times and I marvel at your level of perfection or what seems like perfection. Analyzing the song from my perspective... although the lyrics are somewhat sad, the power of nature (i.e., the rain and its rhythm) has a way to make our problems seem tolerable, so in the end you get a happy feeling where everything is actually OK ... this was the spirit of the early sixties. It perfectly fit the feelings of the time. 🙏
