This channel is ASMR videos of just ordinary eating. Not a gifted person to shoot mukbang video. So, I'll just eat until I feel full and then I stop eating. I am a slow eater because I chew a lot. I always like to take time when I eat while appreciating the food. I also like to have a balanced diet. I don't normally eat a lot of carbs carbs and instead eat a lot of proteins, vegetables and fruits. But some of the days, I just eat whatever I want. So, I'll share with you on the food that I usually enjoy.
