Hello,when i use art cam. I don't know how to align my model on the y axis;I am trying to creat a bannister which has the X wrapped around Y but it seems that I can't align it right because after i click create rotary relief and having a look at it in the unwrapped mode it looks awful; can't even realise what I'm looking at; any help would be appreciated, thank you

Dear sir, the problem that you are describing that issue is been resolved since more than 6-8 months now and all updates provided to all customers… so if you contact your machine supplier then they will give you updates for the same… Our controller updates are free and we continuously improve our firmware and software and provide online update so you dont have to change controller of no charges to be paid unless controller is damaged and out of warranty or service.
